Expo City show marks Indian singer’s third performance in the region
DUBAI – Indian independent music star Anuv Jain is set to perform live in Dubai on April 12, 2026, bringing his first-ever world tour, Dastakhat, to Expo City Dubai.
The concert forms part of a global tour that places the singer-songwriter on an international stage while retaining the intimate style that has defined his rise. Doors will open at 06:30pm, with the show scheduled to begin at 08:00pm, and the event is open to audiences aged 14 and above.
The Dubai performance will mark Jain’s third appearance in the region, reflecting his growing connection with Middle Eastern audiences and the cross-border appeal of his music. The show is being produced and promoted by Team Innovation and Live Nation, and is designed as a close-knit live experience rather than a large-scale spectacle.
Anuv Jain’s global tour
Dastakhat represents a significant chapter in Anuv Jain’s career, standing as his first world tour and one of the most expansive international runs by an Indian independent artist to date. The tour began with a 10-city leg across India between January and February 2026, covering New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai, Jaipur and Bengaluru.
Following the India leg, the tour will travel to 23 cities worldwide across 2026 and 2027, with scheduled stops in Australia, North America, the UK and Europe. Despite its global scale, the tour maintains a focus on intimacy, mirroring the stripped-back sound and emotional depth that characterise Jain’s songwriting.
Dubai concert
At Expo City Dubai, audiences can expect live performances of some of Jain’s most recognisable tracks, including Baarishein, Alag Aasmaan, Gul, Husn and Riha. His sets are known for their acoustic arrangements and lyrical focus, allowing songs to unfold gradually and draw in the crowd.
